TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.hngryclo.com, operated by Chidi Bright Chimezie, Hasengasse 31/3, 1100 Vienna, Austria.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "Buy Now" or "Place Order," you submit a binding order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed upon dispatch of the goods or explicit order confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros and include all applicable taxes. As a small business pursuant to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG, no VAT is charged.

Payment methods: Shopify Payments (credit/debit card), PayPal, Klarna, EPS.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs:

  • Austria: Free
  • EU: €4.99
  • USA / UK: €7.99

Delivery times:

  • Austria: 3–5 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • USA / UK: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at office@hngryclo.com with a clear statement of your decision.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

6. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Austrian law. Warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
